YOGA BOOTY BALLET™, the “Workout for the New Millennium", is a fun, sexy, spirited way to get your SWERVE® on and sweat it up! You’ll work your body, engage your mind and lighten your spirit as you practice this new-school hybrid combining meditation, exhilarating cardiovascular dance, the grace and strength of ballet, kundalini and hatha yoga. Yoga Booty Ballet™ will transform you to look and feel your absolute best. YBB will help you create the long lean muscles of a dancer while promoting weight loss, improving strength, coordination, stamina, focus and self-esteem. Yoga Booty Ballet™/Seattle is taught by Molly Lyons, certified Yoga Booty Ballet™ Instructor, who is the director of Green Wood Studio. Molly has been a teacher for 30 years and taking the steps to become a certified YBB instructor enables her to help others as she has been helped and continue to practice what she is passionate about on a daily basis. Molly Lyons' own success doing Yoga Booty Ballet™ is what makes her so personally passionate about both practicing it and teaching it.
